Frequently asked questions
1.1 What is CBD?
CBD stands for cannabidiol, a compound naturally found in hemp and cannabis plants. Unlike THC, it is non-intoxicating, and it does not produce a high. Numerous studies indicate that CBD may support homeostasis, or balance in your body’s natural rhythms.
1.2 Is CBD legal?
The 2018 Farm Bill officially classified hemp with less than 0.3% THC as an approved agricultural crop and removed hemp-derived products with less than 0.3% THC from the government’s Schedule 1 status. So at the federal level, hemp-derived CBD is legal, as are all the products Beyond Full Spectrum™ offers. That said, each state has the right to create its own laws and regulations, so it’s best to research the specific laws of any state in which you intend to buy or sell CBD.
1.3 Can I overdose on CBD?
No. Cannabinoids have no known toxicity. While everyone’s dosage amount is different for their desired results, we suggest starting a CBD regimen in small amounts and increasing the dosage as needed to reach your desired effect.
